Our flagship FIDE Rapid/ACF Quick/QJ rated junior tournament held every term. Open to all junior players of all levels — from beginners to rated competitors. A fun, friendly, and memorable experience for every child. Capped at 210 players.

Monday Night FIDE Rapid Rated
3 Games Per Week
FIDE Rapid Rated tournament with 3 games per week. Open to experienced players of all ages. No entry fee for players over 60; 50% discount for players 55 and above.
Monday Night FIDE Classic Rated
1 Game Per Week
FIDE Classic Rated tournament with one game per week. Open to experienced players of all ages. No entry fee for players over 60; 50% discount for players 55 and above.

Our signature all-girls junior chess tournament — created to celebrate and encourage female participation in chess. The Queens' Games has been running since 2022 and features both a Rating Group division and a Beginner division.
With a warm, welcoming atmosphere and strong community support, The Queens' Games has become one of the most anticipated events on the Queensland junior chess calendar.

FIDE Rapid/ACF Quick/QJ rated junior tournaments held every school term — open to all juniors regardless of experience. A safe, fun, and competitive environment for children to grow.

Monday Nights
Weekly FIDE Rapid Rated games — 3 games per Monday evening. Open to experienced players of all ages. Concessions available for seniors 55+.
